Monorail?

Hello! We will be staying at BLT in Sept. and my husband is going to do the Epcot Segway Tour at 7:45 AM. My question is will he be able to catch the monorail around 7ish to get there? The park opens that day at 9.

I am doing the same tour this July at 7:45am also. When I made the reservation, they had told me that I would need to provide my own transportation (drive/cab) since the monorail would not be running at that time. They also said you have to be there no later than 7:30am.
