What's your favorite Disney villian?

As I was watching Lion King today, I remembered that Scar was my all time favorite Disney villain. Sure he did some bad things and was a jerk, but I always thought he was the best. So who's your favorite Disney villain? Who's your least favorite? Please share!

I love Ursula, but Jafar is a close second. Both are deliciously wicked and witty, a little over the top.

My least favorite villain is Frollo, from Hunchback of Notre Dame, because he's creepy evil and unrelentingly mean, no fun at all.

Ok, does Gaston count as a villain? He did try to kill Beast, after all. If not, I agree with the OP...Scar would probably be my favorite.

Oh...there are just so many vilians to choose from!!
A few of my favorites: Gaston, Jafar, Scar, Malificent, the evil stepsisters, Capt. Hook, Hades, and Cruella...

I really don't have a least favorite...they are all villians i love to hate!

This is a great post...I've never really even thought about a favorite villain but as I started going through them in my head I realize how many I enjoy.

Ursula...she actually reminds me of a teacher I had in High School (in voice and looks not action)_
Buddy aka Syndrome...great story line for his character!
Sid...what a mean kid but was schooled by Woody!

I second Gaston & Hades! I actually do like the Shadow Man from Princess and the Frog... he was mysterious! I don't know if this counts as a "classic" villain but the White Witch was pretty cool too!

My favourite has always been Rattigan in Basil the great mouse detective , ( Vincent Prices voice just fit the part )
Followed closely by King John in Robin Hood
and in third place i will gor for Scar in the Lion King ...

Favorite: Frollo and Lady Tremaine tie as my favorites because both do horrific things without the aid of magic, and both are classy and elegant dressers!!

Least Favorite: Chernabog because I believe his popularity is blown out of proportion. Not only does he not speak, but he's also in Fantasia for a mere 6-7 minutes.

Honorable Mentions: The Wicked Queen, Jafar, Ursula, and Maleficent are all wonderful as well!!!

Yzma is just so very unique! Well written, great character design, and the voice acting work of Eartha Kitt is phenomenal!

Honorable mention would go to:

Prince John-He's just so incompetent that it's hysterical!

Frollo-Probably the most vile Disney villian ever put on screen.

Syndrome-Probably the best written villian. He's history and motivations are simply genius!
