Has WDW ever missed a period for AP rates or will they issue them soon for August to October?

It's torture isn't it?! I too am waiting to book our reservations until the fall AP rates come out. Then we can decide where our final stay will be!!! Every day I check!!! Ahhhhh! I think I may go crazy soon!!! :dizzy:
