Where Exactly Is That $10 or Less "Shop"?

Have a friend at the World right now and she just called to find out exactly where the little $10 or less area is....Can't remember! Can anybody help me tell her? I'm thinking it was a little outside area by the big store in DTD?

Its inbetween Goofy's candy shop and the store with Winnie the Pooh/pet stuff. Its closer to the Rainforest Cafe, and is more like a hallway then a shop

It is next to the Pooh shop when heading towards Rainforest Cafe. I think across from the Christmas shop.
