Pop Century Refurb

For those of you who have just returned from staying at Pop, which buildings have they finished refurbing? We will be there in Sept and have requested the non preferred 50's area, top floor, lake view so I hope they either have it done or not working on that building while we are there.

Just got back from there. We stayed on the top floor of 50's (floor level 4, room 3433). It was not refurbished yet. I have no idea how far they are an when they will be done.

We stayed in the same area last year. Non preferred 50's top floor lake view. Our room was next to the last, closest to the lake and were able to go out our room door at night to watch the fireworks from MK. I even got a great picture of tower of terror from outside our door..Very quiet, so hoping we can get the same area this year.

I might have gotten the idea from one of your posts. I know that when I was researching POP I saw someone post how quiet is was in that area. But we didnt know we could see the fireworks! Or the unfinished legendary years buildings...so that was a nice surprise! Hope you get the room you want.:D

The buildings by the lake are our favorites. They are so peaceful and the views are nice. :mickey:

I read somewhere that all of the 70's were done.

We where in the one of the 80's building on the second floor last week and our room was refurb. They where working on the first floor when we arrive and finished our building a couple of days later. It looked like they had completed all of the 80's buildings before we left.
