Independent Student Verification Worksheet

Hi Everyone,
My daughter is considered an "independent" student this year. The school sent out a form to be completed. It is called the Independent Verification Worksheet

I am confused if I should fill out the Family information. She doesn't live with us anymore, although she still uses our mailing address.

The form asks to List the people in "your household" including yourself, your spouse and children.

Has anyone had to fill out this type of worksheet before? This is my first independent student.

Do you mean "independent" student with regards to FASFA? If so, I think it would be strictly her information as listed on her income tax return.

Yes, that is what the form is for. I ended up waiting and calling the school today just so I could be sure I wasn't doing it wrong.

I'll be glad when all this college paperwork is done with!!
