A little confused

I see that some of the rooms (Value and Moderate) show a maximum of 4 people and 15.00 per adult per night. Does that bump it up to a max of 5 people?

OK, I'm sure someone will come along & correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that your basic room occupancy rate is based on 2 adults & 2 children (including the term Junior here), but over the age of, again I could be wrong but I think it's 17, occupants would then be considered "adult" and thusly charged for additional "adults"! Occupancy MAX for values is 4, but if more than 2 "adults" in the rooms, then the extra charge comes into play. The room max, I believe, is according to fire code.

I know several years ago we had family with us, with 3 adults & 1 child in a room at Pop, and they had to pay the extra adult charge per night for their stay.

Yep! Thats correct. I work @ Hyatt, and that's how it works, there, too. If you have more than double occupancy, you get charged an extra rate per person.
