First time staying at CR..suggestions?

For memorial weekend, a couple of friends and I will be staying at the CR. This will be our first stay at this resort. Actually my first stay at a monorail resort. I am so excited! :joy:
I know it will probably be hot :sun: and crowded in the parks. So, we are planning on going into the parks in the evening. I made an ADR for late breakfast at 1900 Park Fair one morning. I would love some suggestions of what to do during the day. Things to do at the CR or the sister resorts would be wonderful!

Make sure to make time to walk around the other two monorail resorts...you can easily spend 1/2 day there...rent a boat at the marina. Take a boat to Wilderness Lodge and walk the path over to the Campgrounds ... since you are going to the parks at night...movies on the beach are out...but always fun...take a bus to DTD.
