Booking AKV in February or March 5 months out?

What's the likelihood of getting waitlisted if I book early October for a trip at the end of February/ early March? We're looking for a standard view room...

AKV is a large resort with both Jambo House and Kidani Village, You can probably get a standard view at 5 months. But why wait for 5 months out if you can book at 7 and increase your chances?
