Pin Code in Someone else's name?

I was so excited as I thought I had received a pin code, but much to my dismay...it has someone else's name on it with my address!!!
Should I call the number that listed on there that is for booking or should I just write them?

Can't hurt! It is worth a call since it is your address. Post a reply to let us know the outcome. BTW, what was the pin code discount for?

I would certainly call Disney as obviously a typo was made with someone else's name and your address.

Others have posted here how a CM let them use a pin code from another name that was sent to their address...so it is definitely worth a try!

Okay, so I called and got it corrected. :whew:.
The CM was very helpful and got it fixed quickly. We aren't going until Jan 2011 so not able to use the pin code....just didn't want one I could use in the future to show up in someone elses name!
The Pin Code was for the free dining for most stays 4/11/10 to 6/3/10 and or 6/4/10 to 8/14/10.

I was wondering the same thing. I booked a family trip for myself and multiple members a couple of years ago. Recently I got a pin code in one of my family member's name but it had my address. They didn't want it and it wasn't for a time that I could go so I didn't pursue it but I was wondering what would happen if I had been able to go during that time frame.

Yesterday morning I got a PIN code in my email for 40% off a resort (didn't specify-we ended up getting 40% off at POR-SWEET!). I had just made a ressie under a different email address 2 days before. So I called and spoke with Norman and he made the changes for me with no issues, I had to change my dates around by only 1 day to take full advantage of the PIN-awesome. It wasn't until after I was done with the call that I noticed the PIN was actually in my sister's name (we have different last names as well), she had traveled with us last year and I booked and paid for her vacation and used my email address as her contact email. The CM added the PIN to my ressie w/o batting an eye.

So it worked for me, and as a PP said you never know until you ask.
