Germanys toy train display

Yesterday we went to Epcot and noticed that there are 2 streets signs on either side of the toy train display in Germany. the one on the right (facing the display) said Wurzburg.

we had never noticed these before which is really strange considering my gf was born in Wurzburg. so the question is, are these signs new, or are we really THAT unobservant?

Haha, I had a friend from Wurzburg, too. =D It has probably always been there, but everything is so small that its really not noticeable.

I lived in Germany also so I did always notice the sign! Sorry but it's not new.
