Hoop-Dee-Doo newbie...p/u tickets??

My confirmation says I can pick-up my tickets up to 7 days prior @ any resort guest services. Could I also pick them up @ either Guest Info location in Downtown Disney? I'm thinking so but hoping my Intercot friends can confirm.

Our experience is that we had to go to the concierge / guest services area in the resort as they physically had to print the tickets each time. I don't think they have this capability at the Guest info area. I could be wrong. Hopefully others will offer their experiences.
