I read this on another site. It said this was for room only bookings. Is it correct?

Those discounts are current on Disney's site (Special Offers tab) for dates of 8-15-10 to 10-2-10 under code ID6. So yep, it should be correct . . . but remember, you'll find dates & availability vary by resort.
