Epcots new Italian Restaurant Questions

We'll be visiting late October. Two questions:


Will the new Italian table service restaurant in Epcot be open?
If so, will it count as a table service on the 2010 Dining Plan?


We got a ressie at Le Cellier, but was considering trying this new restaurant.

Anyone heard anything?

We ate there last December & loved it. I think it's better than the previous restaurant that was there. I think it was 1 credit and I think it's well worth it :mickey:

We ate there last December & loved it. Actually, the new restaurant, named Via Napoli as announced mid-April, has no official opening date yet. Speculation is anywhere from early September to October, 2010.
