Horse and Carriage ride at POFQ - Tip?

Hi All,

I am thinking of taking a horse and carriage ride at PO this trip.

The cost is $45 cash or room charge. No CC.

Should the coach driver be tipped? If so, what would the recommended tip be???

We have always tipped around 5-10 dollars depending on service.

The last time we went I tried to give a tip and the driver said that he could not accept a tip. I think there was a plaque on the carriage that also stated this. Not sure why though, all others in the world can make tips.

Must be something new with not accepting tips because we have done 3 over the years and have always tipped. The last one we did was in Oct 2009.
