Gluten Free Snacks/Breakfast

What are some of our better breakfast options for one who has to eat gluten free? I'm hoping to use our DDP snack credits for breafast at least some days, but find most suggestions or breakfast to be bread related. I'll take suggestions for other gf meals/snacks, too.

Any suggestions for any park. We'll be staying at AKL.

Contact Disney Dining and they can help you with your special dietary needs. Just let them know your concerns and they will connect you with someone who can help. They even have a list of what is gluten free at different places. I'd send you the one I have, but it's 3 years old, so I'm sure they've updated it by now.
