My DH and I have been going to WDW with my entire family for the last 4 years. We stay in our DVC home. We always wanted to do a grand gathering, but there was only 7 of us. We had twin princesses in February. My DH was excited because he thought that we could now do a grand gathering because there will be 9 of us going in October. I just read that you have to have 8 paying guests. Do you think that WDW might allow us to do it even though there will only be 7 paying guests? Has anyone had experience with the grand gatherings?
