historically better discount? passholder or FL res?

i was just wondering if any FL AP holders saw a trend in which has better dicounts.

Passholder always seem cheaper. $5 per night for value, I can't remember what the other levels are vs. FL resident.

Typically passholder rates are some of the best. I don't know if a seasonal passholder is the same as an annual passholder however.

CM rates seem to be king however, but usually only by a couple bucks and for the money, it's better to travel to WDW as a guest than an employee.
