No, that is just the sample pricing they use as a "lead in". You can book at any availabble resort.

Disney won't apply any discounts retroactively on an automatic basis. To have their reservations monitored and discounts applied as they come available, I'd suggest your friend work with Magical Journeys (http://yourmagicaljourneys.com/).

About time! This is actually a better deal for us than Free Dining, even though we are paying for the dining plan for the adults. Sweet!
