Heading back to Disney in mid-October with my husband, 19 y/o daughter, 9 y/o niece, 6 y/o nephew and me. Need help with deciding 2 more ADR's.

We've narrowed down the choices to:
Diamond Horseshoe
The Garden Grill Restaurant
50's Prime Time Cafe
Cape May Cafe
Hollywood and Vine (we would do the Fantasmic dinner package with this one)

Thanks for your opinions.

LeCellier can never be a bad choice for an ADR.

We like Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch.

Chef Mickey's is a good character breakfast.

DH liked Sci-Fi for lunch ... I was not impressed.

I don't think I explained myself properly. We do plan on eating at LeCellier, 'Ohanas, and Teppo Edo, and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. What we can't decide on, is two resturants out of the five I mentioned in first post. Sorry about my poor communication skills.

I don't even know what's up with the Diamond Horseshoe choice. Are they doing a seasonal buffet or something? I haven't heard that offered as an actual option. Garden Grill gets good reviews. I would make that one of the choices. I would normally skip Hollywood and Vine, but it's not bad if you're interested in Fantasmic.

My choices would be:

Garden Grill and 50's PTC

Have a great trip! :mickey:

I would go with Garden Grill and 50's PTC, two of our favorites. Garden Grill has consistently given us good food, good service, and great character interaction (they come by several times). Plus its all you can eat without having to jump up and down like a buffet. No need to worry about missing characters! The food is really good, too.

We enjoy the food at 50's PTC and the interaction with the server, which is entertaining for adults and kids. The pot roast is really good and I always get the Smores for desert. Yummy! :tasty:

Cape May is my favorite on the list.

50s wasnt anything special.

Never tried any of the other 3.

The only one I've eaten at is Hollywood and Vine and the food there is so-so at best, but its nice to have the Fantasmic seating....
my mom and sis just ate at Cape May and said it was very good

Out of the 5 you mentioned I would choose Cape May. We love it there. I actually just made an ADR there for my upcoming trip. :mickey:

I would pick Garden Grill and Cape May. Prime Time is OK if you can't get into the others.

Definitely go to Garden Grill. The food is fantastic and the characters are alot of fun.

As was stated in previous posts, the 50's Prime Time is not that great. The seating was cramped, waiters were ok and the food was not worth the money (even with free dining).

I wasn't sure about Diamond Horseshoe, so I checked the WDW Dining website. It says that Diamond Horseshoe is operating "seasonally" for table service dinner from 3/27 thru 4/7. So, that may not be an option depending on when you're traveling.

From your list, I'd choose either Hollywood & Vine to get the Fantasmic package, or Cape May.
