If I buy DW tickets now, will they still be good to use in in Jan of 2011? Just the regular 5 day tickets, without any of the other options.

Yes. Unused tickets are good forever. Once you use a day on your pass, you will have 14 days to use the rest of them before they expire (unless you purchase the non-expiration option).
