Welcome to Intercot! :mickey:

The Contemporary is in a very nice location. It's just a short walk to the Magic Kingdom and you have monorail access to Epcot (albeit with a change of monorails at the Ticket & Transportation Center). The Polynesian and the Grand Floridian are just a short monorail ride away and you can also take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. You can also easily visit Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness via boat.

As the name implies, the decor is very Contemporary and can almost seem sterile. If you have a Magic Kingdom view, you will have the opportunity to see fireworks right from your balcony. The one downside to having a view on this side is the constant traffic that runs up and down the road outside the resort. The other side has a wonderful view of the Lake.

There are two table service restaurants (California Grill and The Wave) at this location as well as one that is a character buffet (Chef Mickey's); a quick service area and three lounges (Outer Rim, the Wave, and one in the California Grill).

You can't go wrong staying here!
