Pool Question

We are staying at the POFQ in August, are we allowed to swim in the pools at other resorts in addition to the New Orleans resorts?

No, with the exception of Vacation Club guests (and even they have restrictions and blackout times), there is no pool hopping at Disney. Keep in mind, however, that if you are at POFQ, you can also use the pool at the sister resort, POR. Basically, the pools are for the guests of that resort, with a perk thrown in there for DVC members.
