October and MNSSHP [Archive]

I am currently planning my trip for early October and will be making dining reservations soon. I can't find that the MNSSHP dates have been released for 2010 but is it a safe bet to assume that anyday the Magic Kingdom closes at 7pm is a MNSSHP day? In the past I've always gone on a Tuesday but this year on October 5 the Magic Kingdom is closing at 8pm. Does anyone know the reason for that time? Every other day is 7pm or 9pm. Thanks for any help.

Don't know about the 8 PM question but yes MNSSHP is usually on nights when MK is closes at 7.

My guess would be EMH in the evening.

It's not listed as an extra magic hours evening. There's always the possibility that it was booked for a private party.

That's the same day we typically like to go, but no dice this year. I am planning on going Thursday 7th over the Sunday.
