Are there just certain airlines the magical express deals with?

As far as I know you just have to fly into Orlando (MCO) airport. We have flown multiple different airlines and have never had a problem. When they take you back to the airport they just ask what airline you are flying with and drop you off at the correct ticketing area.

On your way to Disney World, it doesn't matter which airline you fly. You can have your luggage picked up and transported to your resort regardless of which airline you use.

The difference occurs on the way back to the airport. If your airline is a participating airline, you can check your luggage at the resort and pick it up when you arrive at your home airport. If it is not, you will need to have your luggage loaded on the bus with you for your return to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport, you'll need to check the luggage just as you would at any airport.
