Just booked our trip in September at POFQ. Any recommendations as to what building to ask for?

2, 3, 4, 5 are closest to the pool and food court, and I think 4 is closest to the bus, but to be honest, every building is close. We were in 6 last year and it only took a couple of minutes to get to anyplace in the resort - bus, pool, food, dock, etc.

The resort is so pleasantly compact that no room is far away or inconvenient. Yes, there are rooms that are closer to the pool or food court than others, but the difference is truly negligible. This is different from many other resorts, where room location can make or break your stay.

Any are good. We liked 4 - closest to the bus stop but no water view if you prefer that and can be a bit noisy with traffic and buses. You can't go wrong anywhere in the resort!

I also have a question about POFQ. Does anyone know if they have their own busses or do they share with POR?

Usually share with POR. But don't this scare you away. CSR has 4 internal stops. CBR has 7 internal stops. The combined Port Orleans resorts have 5 total stops.

It depends on the time of day and how busy it is but generally, the Port Orleans resorts do share a bus. We've never found it to be a problem.

PO French Quarter has its own busses during the morning "rush hour" and to/from the Magic Kingdom all day. Otherwise, you make the trip around Riverside. At least that was how it's been on my last few trips!
