Beach Club Breakfast Options

Going in May and I understand the breakfast offerings are limited at the BC. One day we are going to Blizzard Beach and I thought we might hit the McDonalds on the way.
Any other suggestions for breakfast options even if it's "on the way" to somewhere? I do not want to strikeout on my breakfast planning.

a couple options at the yacht and beach club include the quickservice restaurant within the gift shop in the beach club, Beach Club Marketplace. This quickservice is on the small side but has plenty of options for breakfast! Another "quick" option is the Captains Cup in the yacht club. They have coffee, danishes and other pastries, and bagels!
