Is Liberty Tree Dinner a character meal?

I'm reading two different things - that it is a character and that it is NO LONGER a character meal...(we will be there May 15th)

LIberty Tree Tavern no longer has a character meal. However, it had been serving as a replacement character meal destination while Crystal Palace was undergoing refurbishment.
