April 7-11 crowds?

I just got an opportunity to attend a convention at the CSR April 7-11, & just wonder what the park crowd level will be like, since it hits the time frame before discounted room specials begin....Will it still be crowded from Spring Break?? Ours ends April 5th. Still undecided, cause I'm booked with the family for May.......have never stayed at the CSR.
Also, if I hava a room only ressie, is the Magial Express available? (I'd probably just get a one day ticket when I get there....) Thanks!

It could be crowded. The week before and week after Easter are generally high crowd weeks, and you're still in that range with Easter falling on April 4th. DME is available to all WDW resort guests, I believe.

It is going to be extremely crowded. Be prepared.

Thanks for the info. Am still deliberating on if it is worth the expense, with limited time to do the parks with the conference.....since I'm going in May with my kiddos. Although, I've never been with just a bunch of other adult friends, so I'm sure it would be a different experience.:thumbsup:
