how to get to putt putt?

if you're using the disney transportation...how would one get themselves to the putt putt/mini golf places?

If you want to go to Fantasia Gardens, you need to get to the Swan/Dolphin. The course is right across the street from those Hotels.

If you want to go to Winter Summerland, you have to go to Blizzard Beach. That course is near the entrance to the water park.

It should be added that those hotels are within walking distance of the international gateway entrance of Epcot.
