My family will be volunteering and each getting a one-day park pass, which we will use if we book a trip, or we will donate if we don't.
My question - if we choose to go this year and my DH and I get AP's (we may take a trip on our own in 2011, and it would be more economical for us to have AP's), I read that you can use your one-day ticket from the volunteering and upgrade it to an AP. I realize we would have to pay the difference, but does Disney consider that free ticket to be equivalent to the price of a one-day park ticket (aka $79)?
Just wondering if anyone else has done this, and what the actual monetary value of the free volunteering ticket is... it would be a nice cost-savings if we're able to do that!
:thanks:
