CP lunch or dinner?

I was just wondering we have a reservation for 3:40 at CP in a few weeks :) Lunch ends at 3 and dinner starts at 4 so what do you think we will find at the buffet? I am just curious, not concerned at all, because it's Disney so who cares what we eat, but always enjoy the opnions of the experts here on Intercot.
