Hi - just wondering if anyone has had experience with using a Cooling Vest? I have been diagnosed with MS and AS within the last two years and get overheated just doing housework. We are going in Sept for 17 days so I know it will be very humid and hot. Do you wear the vest on the inside or out of your shirt? Any particular one better than the other - such in lasting longer, etc? Any other tips you can give would be great. We will be bringing my own scooter as there is no way I would be able to walk that amount. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I hope you are enjoying the planning. For cooling I keep a washcloth in a baggie with me. I
wet my neck, arms and legs often. You can even get ice from the cups of icewater available at food counters. The icy wet cloth helps a lot. One does wait in line a lot.

I have no personal experience with a cooling vest so I can't recommend one over the other but I believe that it's recommended that you wear a shirt under them.
