MGM Gold Pre-Opening Tickets

I have two of these tickets, totally un-used, in the original black envelopes.
They are four day non-expiring park hoppers.
Original price paid was $100 each, in todays market they are worth almost $350 each.
Are they collectors items?
And if they are what would be their worth?
Should I use them ,or hold on to them?

I would hold onto them. Anything unused and in the original "packing" will have a value to collectors far more than what you'd "save" by using them.

Sounds like a really neat thing to have!
