Disney Destinations

I have been trying to find out if they have adult trips only? I think I've looked before but can't find that information out.

What is Disney Destinations? Is it the same as Adventures by Disney or something else? If you mean Adventures by Disney look here http://abd.disney.go.com/abd/en_US/destination?name=adultonly if not then sorry.
