We love to use National. We got a emerald card so we can avoid the desk and pick a car from the emerald isle. I also get the entertainment book coupon to get a free day. If you watch the rates they usually go down the closer you get to your rental.

Yep, National/Alamo (same company, different names) has counters on the first floor of the airport on both the A and B sides. And their cars are in the garage right across the street.
