Planning a Trip Surprise - 2010 - Need Your Help!

We're planning our next trip to WDW this fall and I would LOVE to surprise my 3 yo DD with a special princess cake when we visit Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner. Does anyone know who to contact or where I can get contact information for a bakery on Disney property? Do you just speak with someone at the restaurant that you'll be going to? Any information would be so helpful!
