Getting married in July but not going to WDW til Sept for Honeymoon.
I was wondering if anyone would like to share some ideas or little known things we could possibly do. I'm aware of most things but I'm sure there's some hidden gems. Thanks.

We went for our honeymoon too and it was wonderful! make sure to tell everyone, cast members, servers, that its your honeymoon. We got lots of special attention when we did, free desserts, drinks, etc. Poly is a great hotel for honemooners. Happy honeymooning!

Congrats!!!

I spent my honeymoon there in 08'. If you can try to get a honeymoon suite if you're staying at a resort that offers them.

We didn't really have to tell too many people we were newly weds, we had the bride and groom mickey ears on. Everyone was super friendly and we received so many congrats!!

Honeymooned there in October 2000. We put Honeymoon on our reservation. The stand-out memory gem was Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue where we had the center 2-person "honeymoon" table. I booked that VERY early and it was well worth it. A bit of comedy embarrassing which was great!

I will say that with September usually comes some rain. Be prepared for that. It is a very hot & steamy month.

We stayed at Yacht Club and it was terrific for our honeymoon.

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon in WDW this past October. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend getting the bride & groom mickey ears. We got so much attention while wearing them that it made the vacation even more special. Even characters in the parade acknowledged us. And make sure you note that it's your Honeymoon on all of your reservations. We got a few extras (for example special desserts, card signed by the characters, confetti on the table) that really added to the magic.

Congrats on the wedding and I hope you have a wonderful trip.
