Epcot's Flower & Garden Question

I will be in WDW the week before the garden festival starts. Do you think they will have everything decorated and up by then? I will be there from feb 21st-feb 25th

Probably not. There might be some stuff already up, but they generally put those topiaries up pretty quick right around start date.

last year we were at wdw the week before the festival and there were tons of lovely topiaries out!

right as you enter the WS in epcot there was an awesome lion king themed one. scar looked so cool!

i bet you'll see a few things!
