I saw a post where Disney was De-Mcdonaldizing the restaurants. Is that the case for Restauratasaurus in AK??

Will the dinosaur squirt guns become collectors items?

Restaurantosaurus at AK is fully de-macdonaldsed. There is in effect little difference in the menu. They are just Disney nuggets and fries instead of Macdonalds ones.

It remains poor compared to the otherwise outstanding AK CS choices.

I actually never went into the McDonalds version of the restaurant. The Breakfast was outstanding, but I can get McDonalds on every street corner, not something I would think about on vacation.

You are right, AK has by far the best CS choices of any of the parks IMHO. Flame Tree is the best.

I like the FT as well, we did that last year. But the kids love the dino-squirt guns they used to give out.
