We will be at WDW for Halloween this year- 2 years ago we did Mickey's Not So Scary in the MK and it was great, but very crowded on the actual day of Halloween. I've heard that Downtown Disney has trick or treating and we were considering that as an alternative for the kids. Can anyone give me some details on this, or have any other good alternatives for Halloween, or should we just **** it up and do the MK thing again?

We were at Disney on Halloween, 2008. As we did not go to MNSSHP, we went over to Downtown. Most of the shops were handing out candy and there were alot of people there in costume. We had a great time. Also, my daughter was staying at POP and they were giving out great candy there as well. Have fun wherever you go. We will be there this Halloween as well. See you there.

We went for Halloween 2009 and man was it packed! I even took video of the corwds to show back home. We were there later in the night if that makes any difference.

It was still a neat thing to see...:mickey:
