Animal Kingdom's Picnic in the Park

Has anyone done this? Do you recommend it?

It seems like a great concept, but also seems limiting as you have to be in a specific place at a specific time to get your food. I see there are specific picnic areas designated in the park. Is there anything special about these areas or is it just where they have random picnic tables laid out?

We did the picnic in September, the food was good ( chicken, mac & cheese, fruit salad) the wait staff was quite confused and messed up our order! Check your bag before you leave the line. Food was good, sat in the covered bazzar. Would do it again:mickey:
