Has anyone used the in-room babysitting services?

I think they call them Fairy Godmothers? My kids are older so I've had no reason to use them, but I have a friend who is wondering. Of course I told her I'd come straight to the experts! :-)

We have used Kids Nite Out. It was a little expensive but was well worth it. The sitter we had came with age appropriate activities. My DD loved her sitter and was upset when we came back!! They checked in with me on my cell before I ever had a chance to check in with them. She kept a diary of what they did too. You have to pay an hourly rate(an additional $2.00/hour if you start after 9:30), a transportation fee, and a tip if you are happy with the service. I almost chickened out at the last minute and was just going to pay her and send her on her way but she immediately set us at ease and made me feel comfortable. I will pm you the link.
