ADR and Room Reservations together?

Do ADRs and Room Reservations have to be together?

I made a few ADRs online, but did not have my Room Reservation number. We did not go with any sort of DDP.

Do I have to get my ADRs somehow "attached" to my room reservation, or am I good to go??

You should be good to go. To get an ADR you do not have to be staying at a Disney resort, so all those people wouldn't be linking ADRs with a resort reservation number.
