Royal Plaza, Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa, DoubleTree

My DH & I are planning a trip the week of Easter and are going to try staying off property. We are only going to the park for one day, so we are willing to give up Extra Magic Hours. We want to stay close to Downtown Disney, since we love the area. I have narrowed it down to 3 hotels & need help (B4 I drive myself & DH nuts!)
ROYAL PLAZA
DOUBLETREE
BUENA VISTA PALACE HOTEL & SPA

My list of "must haves" is short:
Clean Room
Nice pool area
Balcony

I've stayed at Buena Vista Palace and it was very nice. We had a very nice large room, king bed, a sofa, desk, wireless internet, bathrobes, fridge, large safe, and a balcony with view of DTD. Keep watching their site for specials, we only paid 100, but at Christmas it was as low as 89. There is a resort fee of 12-15 dollars a night. I can't remember what it is right now.

It was right across the street from DTD which is where we like to be as well. Their buses to parks were fine (run every half hour) but we used SSR buses to come back, got off at Congress Park and walked across the street to BVP.
