Say there are 2 people dining at Disney, one is under 21 but the other wants a drink w the meal. Is that permissible?

As long as you can provide proper id, i don't see why not.

Isn't it allowed everywhere?

I believe the only issue would be if you were dining at a bar which had an age restriction. For most Disney Dining establishments, the legal person won't have a problem with ordering a cocktail. Think of it this way; if I have my 12-yr old DS with me, I can still order the beverage of my choice . . .

I know what you are getting at...In PA if there is someone under 21 at the table and the person ordering the drink is over 21 but under 26 they wont get served. It has happened to me before even at a chain restaurant. I don't know if it is something that is always enforced though and I don't know if there is the same law in Florida.

you should fine except for Jellyrolls or Atlantic Dance Hall, which can be 21+ on some nights.

That's awful mean of you to drink in front of her:thedolls:

When my wife was pregnant I was never allowed to have even a beer in front of her.
