Post-Easter Attendance

What are WDW crowds like between the end of the Easter season and Memorial Day?

Is this a good time to visit the World? :confused:

mid April is still pretty crowded. Supposedly, in the past, late April through early and mid May had very low crowds. That wasn't the case in 2009, but that doesn't mean it won't go back to that in 2010. The only thing that might make me believe crowds will be high in 2010 again is that Disney has specifically said they won't be doing as many discounts/promotions in the latter half of the year which means more people may try to go earlier in the year.

Crowds aside, it's still a nice time to visit. Weather isn't too hot yet (usually. It was mid 90s the first week of May in 2009) and the Flower and Garden Festival is going on.

We have been the second week of May the last two years and have enjoyed it. It does get a little hot on some of the days but it is very manageable. The crowds were heavier this year than last but still not horrible. I would definitely go back again during that time frame.
