Do the Boardwalk performers still perform during inclement weather or if the evenings get really chilly?

Two years ago, I had planned a day at AK, followed by a night at the boardwalk with a nice dinner at the flying fish cafe.

While waiting in the queue for Expedition Everest, a rainstorm arrived, and would not stop for the rest of the day, and the night after that.

Obviously, there were no performers at the Boardwalk that night, but we still had a lovely dinner at the Flying Fish. :)

So, if it's raining, or very windy, the performers will not show.

We went to the Boardwalk a few weeks ago around 9:00 pm. It had rained earlier in the day, but it was over by 6 or so. The Boardwalk was DEAD to say the least. There was absolutely nothing going on at all :( .

What time do most of the performers start on the boardwalk, is it only in the evening hours?

The "Official Time" for the performers is 6 PM and afterwards. Personally, the earliest we've seen people putting on their shows is 6:30, with 7 PM being a better bet.

Any time from 7 PM onward is a good time.

The week of Jan 23 - 30 the performers were out at night. One night we saw them walking back from Illuminations and it was chilly that evening in the 40s and they were out there.
