I've heard and read somewhere that not all of the restaurants on the property at the World are not owned by Disney. Is this true? If so, is there a list somewhere of restaurants that are not owned by Disney? Thanks for the help.

I think I heard that the Pepper Market at CSR is not run by Disney.
