I made some dining reservations online that I no longer need due to changes in our itinerary. Do you know if I can cancel them online, or do I need to call Disney Dining? If so, how do I go about retrieving them? I did not login to the website, but just booked them individually under my name and contact information.

You can cancel them online; or if you wish, you can call and cancel.

You can cancel them online...all you need is the confirmtion number and the telephone # you used when making the ADR. Very easy to do.

I had to call and cancel mine for reservations next week. I couldn't seem to pull the reservations up on the ADR system... although they came up just fine in the Itenerary system. Maybe it was because it is inside a week????

The system was probably just having one of its many "glitches". It is about as realiable as weathermen.

About two months ago I cancelled a reservation using the online system, and today when I called to get the times for my other ADRs, they still had the one I cancelled in the system. It doesn't hurt to call to make sure it got cancelled.
